One agreement. A full paper trail.

Origin

Lenzing AG — Austria

TENCEL™ Modal fibres spun from beechwood grown in managed European forests. We buy through our Lenzing agreement, with fibre identity documented at source.

Production

Halis Yün Tekstil — İstanbul

We knit at 155 gsm, dye with OEKO-TEX® compliant chemistry and sew to your patterns — one factory, full accountability.

Your brand

Your label — anywhere

You sell with proof: fibre origin papers, test reports and claim wording support for your packaging, hangtags and product pages.

Fibre branding on your hangtags — using the TENCEL™ name on consumer packaging — is possible through Lenzing's approval process; we prepare the application and documentation with you.
Section 02 — The Fibre

Beechwood in. Softness out.

TENCEL™ Modal is spun in Austria from beechwood grown in managed European forests. It is soft in a way cotton never quite reaches — and unlike anonymous fibre, every kilogram has a name, a source and a certificate behind it.

Section 05 — FAQ

Questions on record.

What does produced with TENCEL™ Modal actually mean?

It means the modal fibre in your boxers is bought under our agreement with Lenzing and is traceable to Lenzing production in Austria. You receive fibre origin documentation with every bulk order, and we support TENCEL™ branding applications for your packaging through Lenzing approval processes.

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 pieces per style per colour, with sizes mixed freely. Quantities can be combined across the four silhouettes, and repeat orders can be scheduled as a rolling programme.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes — everything we make leaves the factory under our clients own labels. Woven or printed waistbands, tagless heat labels and retail packaging are all prepared in-house to your artwork.

Which documents do we receive with an order?

Fibre origin papers for the TENCEL™ Modal used, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certificates for the fabric, and supporting wording for the claims on your packaging and product pages.

What is the production lead time?

Lab dips and pre-production samples take 10 to 14 days. Bulk runs 4 to 6 weeks after approval, and we ship EXW, FOB İstanbul or DDP by air or sea.

Which markets do you export to?

More than 30 countries across Europe, the United Kingdom, the Gulf and North America. Samples travel by DHL or UPS; bulk moves by air or sea freight with full export documentation.
